The location was convenient. The room had poor sound insulation, the TV had low resolution, and the shower water took a while to heat up. Also, the breakfast lacked cake for children.

The breakfast was very good. The automatic lock on the room door kept failing to open, and the bathroom shower door wouldn’t close properly, causing water to splash onto the dry area of the bathroom.

The hotel is excellent and the location is perfect, being very close to two metro stations. Two things that could be improved: the first-come, first-served parking is awful, though there is a rotating lot in front of the hotel; a partnership with that parking could match the hotel’s daily rate. Second, the comforter supplied is already dirty and has many tears from heavy use. Overall, the hotel is great; I’d give it a 10 if not for those two issues.

Das Zimmer war gut, der Dachgarten mit Schwimmbad war schön und das Frühstück nett. Wir mussten jedoch immer lange auf die Aufzüge warten, obwohl wir im 11. Stock lagen.
