Great location, large family room! No instructions about hot water in the room, so we had to search for a heater.

Great spot close to the highway, good breakfast and dinner, overall pretty clean. No guidance for late check‑in at another hotel when arriving late at the campsite. The room had no toiletries, and both the air conditioning and fridge barely worked.

The room was nice, with an external entrance, spacious enough, TV, warmth, and air‑conditioning. Parking is outside the building, the area is quiet, and the buffet breakfast at the friendly Balneo hotel is delicious. Tickets for the ZSORY FURDO pools could be bought at reception with a discount. Soap was available in the dispenser by the sink in the Lazeńca bathroom. The bathroom was a bit disappointing; the shower was awful, the door didn’t line up perfectly (it’s supposedly magnetic) – a lack of leveling on one side caused about a 1 cm gap at the top that couldn’t be fixed. After taking a shower under the sink and near the toilet, a puddle formed because water didn’t drain from the door seam but somewhere on the wall – likely a leak under the shower – it had to be collected and wiped. There was no shower gel or shampoo; we had to buy them at a market shop. Room walls were not very sound‑proof, so you could hear the neighbor’s conversations and snoring from the adjacent room.
