“Nice rooms lacking in everything else”

The room was nice. Once breakfast had ended you couldn't get so much as get a coffee in the place with having to leave the hotel and go to Starbucks. Also I stayed there from the 5th-8th August and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be released back to me despite having gotten in touch with the hotel in regards to this. I was on my honeymoon came from Ireland we stayed in a few places in America and this hotel was the only one out of 5 hotels that didn't release it immediately and held the money. Apart from decent rooms id avoid

The décor was pretty nice, but the lobby could use more staff and the after‑hours food and beverage selection was disappointing.

“You can’t get any rest if you’re coming to relax.”

I liked how easy it was to get around, but they charged us for valet parking and the car was always parked right in front of us when we came down. The valet never waited outside unless a car was coming in for keys. Our room faced a construction site, so we couldn't sleep past 4 am because the neighbors next door kept bumping against the walls.

The hospitality, rooms, food, drinks, scenery, outside trail—everything was perfect!

“Over all the hotel was beautiful, fantastic location, and overall great! We will definitely stay here again.”

The location was great and the hotel looked nice; the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the bathrooms were a bit small and needed updates in the shower area, and while the shower worked it felt old and dingy.
