The value for money was spot on.

The room was cozy, the breakfast was solid, and the staff were friendly.

The hygiene was good and everything in the room worked. The breakfast was extensive and available early in the morning. Nothing else.

The Captain’s lounge was great, especially its nod to Sur’s nautical history, and the breakfast surpassed expectations with pancakes. The pool was closed for refurbishment, which would have been fine if we’d been told before checking in; knowing earlier might have changed our booking since we love a splash.
