I was annoyed by the late check‑in staff, but the room I got had a broken shower, so I had to move to another available room in the morning just to shower. I also had to plug the TV into the outlet myself. The rooms clearly need a refresh.

The reception was fine, but we were next to three rooms occupied by a football club's young members—so much so that they completely ignored the locker room etiquette! I sent a message to the hotel asking for action, yet once the payment was made, they stopped responding. Breakfast cost 11.90€, which is shameful; inflation affects everyone, but this is still excessive. There was no fresh bread or even fresh pastries.

The reception and service were good, but the neighborhood was noisy at night, something I had warned the hotel about.

The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in! Cheap and cheerful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
