It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I lost power in my room, couldn’t see, sleep, shower, or eat, and was stuck doing nothing. When I told the front‑desk lady, she offered a room change. After I packed up in the dark, a new staff member—just after a shift change—said there was no available room and that it would need to be cleaned first.

“Staff at this hotel are incompetent. Don’t pay attention to their job in the safety of their guests.”

I was in the middle of the night when two non‑guests entered the building, got into my room while I slept, and robbed me. I sustained a severe concussion from blows to my head, and months later I still have shaking hands and a ringing in my ears. How could two people be allowed in the hotel at that hour, break into a guest’s room, and assault me? It’s utterly unacceptable and the hotel’s responsibility.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the towel had stains and I couldn’t locate the kitchen area light switch.

There’s no breakfast here, but the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a TV problem, and they fixed it quickly. The hotel sits right next to several shops and restaurants.
