Host Denise was friendly and punctual with her messages about check‑in. The accommodation is a few minutes’ walk from the city, the room is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is a few steps away at II Chiosco, a fantastic bar! The only issue was the trash pickup from the room. Parking could be problematic, especially in the summer months.

Denise is a very attentive host who cares a lot about her guests. The room was very clean and modern, set up in a practical way. The location is perfect—just a few meters from the best beach club bar, yet still relatively quiet. Parking was no problem in the surrounding streets. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Very close to the promenade and the city center. The landlady told us on the day we arrived that the air‑conditioning wasn’t working and that there was no way to fix it, though she offered us the option to stay in another apartment for one night and gave us two fans.

The spot was in a decent area, but the AC failed during our stay, making the heat unbearable for both nights. The host said it was the weekend and she couldn't get a repair person, so we had to deal with the heat. If the AC worked, I’d recommend it, but that wasn’t the case.

The central location was great, but parking in the street was tough and sometimes you had to walk a bit further. Sorting and taking out the trash wasn’t entirely clear.
