The accommodation was outstanding, impeccably clean and well maintained, a perfect retreat to relax and connect with nature. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to guests' well‑being. I recommend the place and would return.

The hosts/owners, Mr. João and Mrs. Siena, are fantastic; they make guests feel very comfortable and the setting is very pleasant, letting you interact with nature. It was well worth it. There was nothing to complain about.

The owners are welcoming. The lodge has a makeshift setup that feels like a small extension of the owner’s home, and with the cold weather there was no adequate heating for the space. The room I stayed in was connected to a divided area with a glass door and blackout curtain, so I didn’t feel secure; a mouse entered. I do not recommend it, unfortunately.

The spot is tucked right next to nature, so it’s really peaceful. The place itself is basic but spotless, and the staff were friendly enough to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was solid and hit the spot.
