The spot was perfect for exploring both Tofino and Ucluelet, and the host generously shared local tips that helped us hit all the must‑see spots. The fridge, however, buzzed all night; we lowered the thermostat but it started leaking—sorry about that.

We arrived a bit after check‑in time, but the entry was clear. The photos don’t do the apartment justice; it’s much better in person—cozy, warm, and comfortable. Extra towels were a real help. The host was fantastic, guiding us on recommended trails and where to eat, making the most of our time. Highly recommended.

The place had a great location and a nicely sized kitchen, but I wish there were a teapot and bone china cups because thick pottery alters the taste of tea – as an Englishman, I really enjoy my tea!
