The hotel sits right next to the metro, the rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. We even caught a nice little view of the city and the mountains. The only downside was that sometimes cigarette smoke drifted in through the ventilation system – not sure if that’s normal for the property or just a one‑time guest issue.

We loved everything about this place! First off, the front‑desk staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed it – a huge thank you to the whole team! The hotel is thoughtfully designed to make the stay pleasant and convenient. Having a washer and dryer on site is a real bonus, especially when traveling with family. The keypad entry system is also great – no more worrying about keys! We also appreciated the little touches for travelers: coffee, spots to heat up a meal, pasta, or pizza… details that make everyday life so much easier and more enjoyable. The complimentary water was another plus. The location is perfect, close to the metro and the market, letting us fully enjoy Seoul and explore the city with ease. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was practical, welcoming, and pleasant. We’ll remember the Acube Hotel fondly and would love to return! A big thank you to the entire team! We recommend this place with our eyes closed, a thousand times! ❤️ The negative section was empty – we had nothing to complain about, from start to finish. A place we recommend without any reservation!

The location and the quiet of the hotel, along with the friendly staff, were great. The only issue was the lack of “commodities”: the refrigerator was too small and the laundry facilities were inconvenient.

The hotel is very well situated, just 5 minutes from the metro station, and the room was spacious (we were upgraded). The constant noise from a ventilation system on the roof of the building next door, day and night, forced us to keep the windows shut (our room was on the 5th floor).

The hotel is near several subway lines, the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The room is comfortable and spacious, everything is good!
