Every staff member was outstanding. The hotel itself was gorgeous, surrounded by plenty of walking paths and breathtaking views. The food and drinks were once again exceptional. There was nothing to dislike.

Comfort was solid, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. There was nothing negative.

The building was lovely, the location was great, and breakfast was good. The wet‑room bathroom floor had sunk a bit around the toilet and basin, and after showering a layer of water stuck that wouldn’t drain, making the bathroom hard to use. I get that the building is old, but when other guests use the water early in the morning or in the middle of the night, the pumps kick in and disturb your sleep. Finally, the check‑in time at 3 pm and the early check‑out time feel a bit inconvenient for guests.
