The staff service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the surrounding area feels a bit old and is far from the center.

Although the hotel's staff encountered some issues with a reservation, they handled the situation professionally and made up for it by offering a room at the original price. The room itself was impressive, with a spacious design and high-quality amenities. The experience was mostly positive, despite the initial reservation mishap.
