I asked for a refund because the place was filthy and horrible, and it was unsafe and unclean.

I had to leave right away; the receptionist was helpful upon arrival, but the elevator was broken and I had to climb four floors. The gym had no A/C, the stairwell area smelled bad, and when I checked out there was no one at reception—just a message telling me to call 500 on a lobby phone that didn’t exist. After 15 minutes waiting, I left my card at reception and was given a TV remote that also didn’t work.

Nothing to like. The elevator was out for days and I was sent to the 4th floor; staff were unhelpful. The room was dusty, the facility smelled bad, there was no coffee or breakfast, no ice, and overall it was terrible—I’ll never stay here again.
