The room was tiny—less than 9 m² instead of the advertised 15 m²—so I couldn't stay. I tried to cancel, but got no reply from either the platform or the hotel; the front desk was empty around 6:15 pm.

Great spot right by the Clínicas metro station on the green line, and the service is top‑notch. Luzimar is a delight, and the person who handled my WhatsApp booking was equally helpful. It’s always my first pick when I’m in São Paulo.
