The location was good, the room was clean, and talking to the owner was easy and hassle‑free. However, there is literally no ventilation in the room, and the air conditioning desperately needs cleaning because it smells really bad. My room had a window facing the staircase, which meant virtually no privacy unless I used one of the blankets as a makeshift curtain, as the existing blinds were very inadequate.

The host was kind, welcomed us late from the flight and also let us leave our luggage the next day. The location is excellent, right at the start of the main street.

Great location, everything reachable without transport and very easily. Maurizio was super kind and helpful. All good.

The location was great for us, just a few steps from the Duomo and convenient for the places we had chosen. The Metro (Museo Cavour stop) is easy to reach with a short walk, allowing quick travel to Piazza del Plebiscito and nearby sites. Service was impeccable: they helped us enjoy the holiday until the last minute by keeping our luggage before check‑in and after check‑out.
