“Great stay, lovely host!”

The host was genuinely helpful and kind, everything went smoothly; he organized our safari and a taxi to Colombo at a good price, the place is near the town, within walking distance or a short tuk‑tuk ride, it’s quiet, calm, and very clean. The only downside was there was no sheet to use as a blanket (probably because of the heat), which felt a bit odd to sleep without a cover, though I’m sure it would have been provided if I had asked; I ended up using a large scarf to help me sleep.

“Come here just for the breakfast.”

This cute little property sits right next to most cafés and restaurants, offers great value, and we especially appreciated the personal touch from the owners. Sharat is a great man who is always ready to help, and their extremely generous breakfast buffet is a must‑try if you stay here; they also gave us adorable elephant carvings as a farewell gift. The AC in our room was a bit dated, but Sharat helped us with it, so it wasn’t an issue; we slept well.

The location is good, the owner is very nice and helped me with everything I asked for, the breakfast was good and there are many amenities.

The hotel is close to restaurant and lions rock (5 mins in tuk tuk). The host was really helpful, he helped us with the organization. He was taking care of everything and we felt really nice and safe. I really do appreciate the hospitality here 🙏🏻. The breakfasts were really tasty!!
