“Mala atención”
The food was good, but the staff at the restaurants and bars were nasty and rude, as if they were annoyed when people thanked them.

The facilities were solid, but the staff’s attitude was lacking.

Everything was set up for my son’s birthday and he loved it, especially the water park; the only downside was that some staff, not all, seemed to behave differently once they realized I was Dominican, which was disappointing, but otherwise the experience was great.

It was beautiful and spacious, but there was no entertainment for adults.

The water park was pretty and the buffet and beach restaurant food was excellent, yet the waiters at the buffet area could use a bit more service.
