Radisson Blu Hotel Milan

The room was far from clean; there were stains on the sofa and on the floors. The shower is huge, but the cleaning was very limited. It is nowhere near the 4‑star standard.

The hotel was large and nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly; the bed was spacious but not very comfortable.

The price was great, the staff were very friendly, they upgraded our room at no cost, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a nice stay; the parking garage was a bit steep and not ideal for low cars.

الاستقبال والترحيب والتعامل الراقي من موظفة الاستقبال المتواجده في فترة تسجيلي للدخول كل الشكر والتقدير لها الفندق راقي جدا ومن احب الفنادق لي على المستوى العالمي الذي احرص ان أقيم فيه بكل دوله يتواجد بها انصح الجميع بالاستمتاع في فندق راديسون بلو ميلان

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Lage zur Stadt ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber man kann einfach mit Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel einfach ins Zentrum fahren. Das extra kosten für das Parken im Parkhaus anfallen 20 Euro pro Tag ist enorm. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dazu gebucht gehabt und uns entschieden es vor Ort dazu zubuchen. Was ein Fehler war 20 Euro pro Person, für ein Frühstück was nicht der Rede wert war. Also eigentlich eine Frechheit dafür 20 euro zu berechnen. Die Auswahl klein und für ein 4 Sterne Haus nicht gerecht. Der Frühstücks Raum war auch voll mit Menschen, kein entspanntes frühstücken, leider!
