Close to both strips but not too close; the beds feel like rocks, the decking area at the pool is rough, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom, though that can happen.

The nights were noisy, no one was at the front desk when we arrived, and nobody explained basic things like how to use the pool; the breakfast was disappointing and the housekeeping was consistently poor.

The hotel sits nicely away from the party street, but the building feels a bit worn, the carpet in the room is tacky and the overall cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
