The location is nice because it’s in the heart of the city, but the toilet was a nightmare; it smelled foul and they did not put air fresheners in the room or bath.

Great location. The beds were very comfortable and the room was really quiet, no outside noise; great parking outside for a small fee and it saved us walking from the main car park. We stayed in room 9 and this was fab as kids had their own space as did we. It was my daughter’s birthday weekend and the staff put up a happy birthday sign and balloons, she was over the moon and this personal touch made it special.

Very clear communication and they reached out before booking to see if we needed anything; everything was available in the room; the beds were very comfortable and very clean.

It was alright, but the quilt had a stain and I couldn’t sleep with it, and the bottom of the double mattress dipped.
