There was nothing to like at all. The experience was absolutely catastrophic. First, the condition of the property is deplorable—unhealthy, dirty, poorly maintained, with mold and literally crumbling facilities. The spaces are cramped, crowded, and particularly unpleasant. One wonders how a place in such a state can still host guests. Some conditions even felt dangerous. The staff were the worst part: rude, disrespectful, speaking terribly to guests, and even turning their backs when they didn’t want to answer a question. This is completely unacceptable in hospitality. Between the filth, lack of upkeep, overcrowding, and deeply disrespectful staff, this hotel should not even be allowed to accept guests in such conditions. A shameful experience from start to finish. Absolutely avoid.

The pool and beach were pleasant, but the food was bad, service was poor, elevators were slow, drinks were weak, and a bunk bed was added to the room, making it quite cramped. The room had only two power outlets. The bathroom flooded every time I showered, and there was no floor drain.

Amazing staff in all bars, including the waiters who were very nice and professional: Oussama, Ahmed, Ghaith, Fradj, and everyone else. Nothing.
