A charming, spacious old‑building room with a balcony and an adjoining bathroom. The bed was truly comfortable and the small lounge chair made it very cozy. Having laundry facilities was very helpful. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the city centre or the main shopping street. The room/mini‑apartment is part of a larger house where the hosts live, so if you want complete privacy this place isn’t ideal.

Good location, you’re very close to the city centre. The small balcony with a view was lovely. The facilities were good. The room is in the landlord’s house and his mother’s house; you have to walk through their apartment to reach the room, which isn’t mentioned anywhere but should be. The constant cigarette smoke, which doesn’t go away even after ventilation, makes the stay unpleasant for non‑smokers.

This is a very cozy and pleasant place to stay, with hosts who are kind and caring and always ask what you need to be better accommodated. The location is amazing—just a stone’s throw from the center—yet still well isolated and quiet, so you can sleep with the windows open. It’s very clean, the shower is great, and the hosts provide everything you need for bathroom supplies, plus a washing machine. Cheap parking nearby is 80 cents per hour, and some hours are free. The hosts know the city well and are happy to chat anytime, even though we didn’t have much time to spend with them; they’re very pleasant and will make you coffee and offer any other beverage you might need free of charge! The place is amazing in an amazingly historical building. Much love to Marinko and his mother—this place is amazing value for the money!

The spot was super convenient, and the host greeted us with a warm welcome plus a sweet little surprise. The room was roomy, bright, and spotlessly clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The place was dirty, noisy, and had an unpleasant cigarette smell. Absolutely no place to feel comfortable.
