Royal Central Room

Lost Simone è super accogliente, super disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, ma la pulizia della struttura è leggermente carente e va migliorata se vogliamo essere più attenti.

The location is great and the room was spotless, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and the mobile key access for all doors was a nice modern feature. The check‑in was exhausting; even after uploading ID photos for everyone, we had to manually re‑enter almost all passport details for the four of us, which took a lot of time, and there was almost no human interaction—the chatbot only answered basic questions and the listed phone number never picked up.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The number does not match the description. There are no windows in the room, even though Italian law requires residential rooms to have a window. There is no air conditioning, despite it being listed in the room description. Half of the electrical sockets are broken. The drainage in both the sink and the shower is poor. There are water stains and marks on the ceiling, and the safe is broken. We contacted customer support with our concerns but received no response. The price charged is completely unjustified given the poor quality of the accommodation. If necessary, we can provide a video
