The location was secure, parking was plentiful, the staff were very nice and accommodating, rooms were clean, and breakfast was abundant and varied each day.

I had no positives. I lost my reservation and it took 30 minutes to be told I didn’t have a room. I tried to reschedule three times, each time dealing with difficult staff; on the day of the reservation I waited 30 minutes to learn I wasn’t booked, and there was a security fence that required a buzz‑in.

I found the room spotless and the staff incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was quite tasty too—no complaints.
