The hotel is gorgeous, spotless, and kept in pristine condition; the staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant, however, doesn’t match the quality shown by the rest of the property.

The place is very pretty and well maintained; everything is very clean and the staff are always attentive. The hotel is secluded from the cities of Porlamar and Pampatar, and the road is very dark at night.

I found the hotel to be very beautiful, but I did notice that the wi-fi could use some improvement. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's charm.
