“Overall bad experience, good thing we only need 1 night”

The location was fine, but the front desk lady was rude, the room was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable with the middle of the mattress sinking, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towel holder was broken, there were no hot cups for coffee, and room 210 needed a thorough cleaning.

The room had a strong bathroom odor and the shower lacked a curtain, but otherwise there was nothing to note.

“Don’t trust the pictures you see online”

I found dirty towels left in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t functioning properly and I had to fix it myself, and the rooms feel outdated with old fixtures that need updating.

The location was fine, yet the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained: lights were out, restroom fixtures were broken, the security latch on the door hung on a single screw and was nearly gone, and the staff seemed indifferent to the numerous problems in our room.

“It's was not a good experience at all and I wasn't expecting that”

Nothing. Bed sheets was not changed an als the second they put me in smelled like someone has been smoking inside the i reported the customer service representative who helped me change the room because of that I need to change the room 3 times
