Very accommodating. Friendly staff; with the new, landscape‑integrated annex and superb furnishings; the view from the room window to the gondola pond is pleasantly calming and especially away from street noise; interesting places to visit for hiking, reachable by local transport or car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. There’s so much to explore nearby that you can’t see it all in just four days, so we’ll definitely return. There’s nothing to complain about.

The place looked great and was a nice spot for hikers. Breakfast and dinner were just average, and the room felt old‑fashioned. Worse, they couldn’t provide a fan, so it got uncomfortable when it got hot.

The location was stunning, the staff were pleasant, the hotel was lovingly maintained, the pool with whirl‑jets was superb, breakfast was great and the extensive outdoor area with a gondola pond and wading pool suited all ages; it served as a good base for exploring the Zittau mountains, which, though small, offer many sights—we loved it and will return. Food and fuel prices are as high as in Germany, but thanks to the three‑country corner you can fill up in Poland, buy cigarettes there, and eat a decent meal in the Czech Republic for €10.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location was quiet, and the hotel felt very family‑friendly, making us feel at ease. There’s nothing to complain about.
