Breakfast was reasonable, though it used to be better and included a wide variety of omelettes; now it’s only partially heated. This is our fourth visit. Previously it was very pleasant, but this time we heard very loud music at the pool. Despite asking many times, no one lowered it. We upgraded to a suite, but the jacuzzi had hair and grime; the high price that used to be cheap no longer justifies the stay. Even though they promised the customer‑relations manager would call to find out what happened, they didn’t bother.

We really liked the place and the room was clean. We were in room 207 and had to replace the rusty tap, and parking was a mess with a road that made it hard to reach with luggage; there is no wheelchair access and no elevator, which is a problem.

The layout is very pretty and the spa works well, but smokers around the bar and pool area bother me while I’m having breakfast.

The service was flawless, the place is stunning, pastoral, spotless, and pristine to an almost “out of this world” level. Breakfast was abundant, nourishing, tasty, varied, and fresh. Housekeeping was exceptionally professional, fast, and responsive to everything. The facilities were immaculate. The staff were courteous and generous. The price matched the place perfectly; it was honestly beyond expectations! Bravo. The only downside was the check‑in delay, which felt excessive. The computer system wasn’t organized for all the financial details, so I paid everything upfront to avoid being delayed over these small issues, yet there was still a noticeable wait.
