The room and bathroom were large, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. A small patio let you sit with tea or coffee, and the fridge was big enough to stock drinks and snacks. The room stayed very clean, the TV was a good size and easy to use for Netflix, and food stalls next door plus several restaurants were just a short walk away.

A charming guesthouse in the old town with a spacious room, comfy bed, big bathroom, and a lovely little balcony. Housekeeping cleans the room every day, and the owner is very kind and helpful. The location is wonderful, giving an authentic local vibe of Chiang Mai. Nothing negative.

My stay was truly amazing. I returned to Sin 18 years after my first visit and it lived up to the great memory I had. The place is clean and very well‑located, close to many attractions. The welcome was perfect. Sin is always smiling, caring, and ready to help us plan excursions, outings, and give advice. The value for money is really top. I recommend it a thousand times and hope to return. BRAVO. Nothing negative.
