The stay was a complete letdown. The hotel seems to penalize guests who book through third‑party sites by adding an extra $25 per day, which feels like a fine for not booking directly. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and when I asked for a receipt for my business trip they refused, making expense reporting impossible. This level of service is unacceptable for a professional hotel, and I will not return or recommend it to anyone.

It’s conveniently located near museums and tourist spots, but there’s no parking, the rates are inflated, there’s no refrigerator, and the bathroom faucet drips slowly—overall not worth the price.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and our server was delightful, but the hotel should provide clearer information on food service hours in the information tab when you scan the bar code.
