“Everything is okay until it isn't”

For its price and location it is an excellent room. I was not able to get any response from the staff. My room wasn't in the main area. To their credit, there is a laminated sheet showing where the rooms are, but the front porch area was so dimly lit that I didn't see it. It took multiple phone calls to figure out where my room is, no one on site on a Thursday evening at around 6pm. I was not able to get any response from the provided contact numbers all through Friday as my room had no toilet paper. Later that day I found out that the power was out in the room. Again, no response from any of the contact numbers. Eventually I found the code for the common area, found toilet paper and found the breaker box and was able to restore power to my room

“Not a comfortable stay despite some helpful service”

The staff were quick to give me a new iron when I asked, but the shared bathroom had noticeable gaps in the door, and some toilets had no hot water. There were no complimentary toiletries even though the description promised them, and the room’s sound insulation was poor, so the bed rattled when I moved. Towels ran out of toilet paper on the last two nights and the tea and coffee were old, with some expired.

“Would stay again for a short stay.”

The place had everything you need for a short stay, but a few spots still need repairs.

“Nice location and decent accommodation. A bit more attention to cleanliness would be good. It’s nice that people half us”

The private room at the back of the courtyard had everything except tea, and I’m glad I chose a spot away from the front door so the traffic didn’t bother me; room 19 was fine.
