“Ubicación perfecta”
The only thing that impressed me was the location. It didn’t look like the photos; everyone struggled to get in.

I loved everything! From the virtual check‑in to the in‑person greeting when we arrived at the building, everything was spot on. The location is flawless, and we walked everywhere. Nothing to complain about.

The location was fine. When we arrived the shower still had hair in it, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was small and the light sometimes turned on and sometimes didn’t.

Great central spot. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities, and I had trouble accessing the room even after following all the instructions. It was finally resolved by a very helpful person on the phone.
