The towels were torn and dirty, there was no hot water, and the heating cycled off every 15 minutes, so it didn't work well. I feel the hotel’s name doesn’t reflect the quality I experienced.

The location was excellent.

The room was quiet with a nice view, but the lighting was uneven—if you want to put on makeup in the large mirror, the lamp only illuminates one side. Otherwise everything was perfect: dryer, iron, and the staff were very friendly.
