The location was ideal because of its proximity to sports fields and a trail in the forest. Since we were on the top floor, there were many stairs, so it’s not recommended for older guests; we were with granddaughters but in good shape, so we had no issues. Before we arrived, I checked when the Zlatar festival would be so we could attend these rare events in Novi Varoš. I just wish there were a few more kitchen supplies in the apartment.

The A‑Frame was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the hosts answered our questions promptly; late check‑in is possible. The place was fairly clean, but the towels had a stain and there was a chunk of hair in the bathroom, probably from previous guests. We arrived around 23:00 and it was a bit hard to find because Google Maps pointed to the wrong address.

The apartment was freshly built, very nice, and had everything we needed. We stayed there for one night while traveling from Montenegro to Belgrade, and everything went smoothly—the host was friendly, the place was warm and clean, and the price was very reasonable.

The apartment is simple yet cozy, has everything you need, and the beds give you a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is quiet, fresh, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, ideal for walks, especially with a dog. It’s not too touristy, so you feel free and relaxed. A fantastic restaurant is just a 2‑minute drive away, serving amazing ćevapi. Highly recommended!
