The stay was terrible. We arrived and the owner was not present, everywhere smelled of cigarettes, and the hotel looked like a back alley. When we called the owner, she rudely refused us check‑in, claimed no rooms were available, and told us to cancel our booking. The attitude was disgusting and rude.

The location was extremely central. After a rough start, the staff became overly friendly. The basic necessities were there – towels, slippers, a fridge. The owner, who lives in the building, often plays loud music. Initially the staff were very unfriendly when I asked if I could leave my luggage before check‑in, but later they were warm and welcoming.
