“The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice.”

I was pleased with how clean and comfortable my room was, but on Monday, August 17, my last night (August 17–18) was abruptly canceled in the afternoon. I had planned to enjoy a full day in Colorado Springs, yet I had to return to the hotel, reactivate my key card to access Room 2XX, collect my luggage, and then find another place to stay. I ended up booking a room at the Hampton Inn for August 17–18. The staff told me the cancellation was made by a third party, not by the hotel, but it was still a huge inconvenience that ate up most of my final vacation day.

My stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues, but the staff, particularly the breakfast server Felicia, truly stood out for their exceptional service. She was efficient, caring, and warm to all, making my morning meals a highlight of my day. However, the chafing dishes at breakfast were often underheated, and the noise level in the halls was a nuisance, with every door slam sounding like a loud bang.

“Beautiful”

I was impressed by the hotel's well-maintained and clean facilities, which made my stay a pleasant one. However, I did find it a bit challenging to get to the hotel due to the road closures and construction in the area.
