We were very comfortable, but the dining tables are packed too tightly, probably to maximize service, and the pillows feel a bit thin for my taste.

“Festivo español feliz 😀”

Overall everything was fine, yet the juices could be better; there’s a time in Valencia when you can sleep without air conditioning, and opening the window brought a natural breeze, but I had to close it because of a mosquito. A singer was scheduled but didn’t perform.

The staff’s service is excellent; the front‑desk staff are a bit serious, but the rest is fine. The buffet is excellent, very varied every day, and I liked everything.

“Mejorable!”

The food was good, the facilities were fine, and the nightly activities were always entertaining, so the entertainment was excellent. Most of the staff were very attentive, but I’m disappointed with Mr. Reini at the bar, who gave me a terrible reception: he turned his back on me, didn’t greet me, and asked “what do you want?” after I ordered a Negroni; I didn’t see any gin added to my wife’s drink, and when I asked for a Coffee Ice I was told “sure, you mix it yourself.” I’ll upload a photo to prove I’m not exaggerating; I never returned to the bar. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
