“Quite a pleasant stay considering we had a few hiccups”

The pool and outdoor area were nice, but we had to ask for toilet paper, a globe in the lamp, and the TV power socket didn't work (we could have moved rooms but chose not to, which made us wonder why we were put in that room); we also had to request pool towels because none were provided, water in the fridge wasn't free, breakfast was adequate but the yogurt should have been kept cooler, and more fruit and cereal options would have been preferable.

The pool was very convenient and the tropical garden was beautiful, giving the feeling of being outside the city; the bathroom was well organized with a spacious shower, and the value for money and location were excellent. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English, making communication difficult, our room wasn't ready until 15:00 and we had to wait (in the pool, which was fine); breakfast was meager with very limited choices, and because of the language barrier it was hard to ask for alternatives; in the room there were no towel hooks, so we had to ask for toilet paper.

A well‑located small hotel with a nice pool behind the street; the breakfast was very basic and the pool was poorly maintained.
