Every corner tells a story and the calm you feel is wonderful, yet the receptionist was not friendly or empathetic.

Location and surroundings are perfect; breakfasts, lunches and dinners are very good; the interior atmosphere is very pleasant and special; the access to Plaza de Santa María, though very close, is uncomfortable for people with mobility difficulties.
