The large apartment in the annex was very clean and close to the beach, with parking available at the hotel. Not all windows on the upper floor were blackout, which was a drawback. I’d like a cappuccino at breakfast the same quality as at the bar, not from the machine, so I’m willing to pay an extra euro or two for that.

The location is great for both beach holidays and reaching Venice (we stayed to visit the Biennale). The family room was spacious and welcoming for four people. Breakfast was abundant and varied, and the staff were very kind. The price‑quality ratio was excellent. The outdoor pool was beautiful, but we didn’t use it because we were staying off‑season.

The Ute Hotel was the perfect pick for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). We arrived early, and the staff—super kind and polite—checked us in immediately, which was a huge relief. The spot is great, right near the beach, and there's free parking on the premises. Our room was large, spotless, and cozy, with a huge balcony and very comfy beds. Breakfast was tasty, and October was a sweet price‑to‑quality deal. We had an amazing stay and would recommend Ute Hotel to anyone right away.

The location is good, but the décor feels dated and the bathroom looks like it’s from the 60s/70s.

Everyone was very friendly. The accommodation was very clean, with good facilities. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and was genuinely tasty.
