Good location and courteous staff, but the room had several flaws: the sliding door was broken, the shower was damaged, the sink stopper jammed when closed, and the air‑conditioning vents were loose and fell to the floor.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was good; however, all three rooms faced the interior, limiting the view.

The hotel’s personnel work excellently, helping find interesting sights, room cleaning is superb with fresh towels changed regularly, breakfast lacks variety but everything is fresh and tasty, coffee is great, and the pastries deserve high praise; there are no negatives at all.
