The staff were very friendly and the property well maintained. Rooms were neat and clean, with excellent amenities such as a kitchen and laundry facilities, and the location made it easy to get around Cairns. Highly recommend.

We were greeted wonderfully and the facilities and location near the shopping complex were great. When we arrived we needed a code to enter; it had been sent by email but I wasn’t aware of that while in transit (old‑school traveler). Perhaps a bell would help?

The place was so cozy and cute, very homey, and the staff were super helpful. We enjoyed early check‑in and other perks.
