Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional in this beachside pet friendly property. The room was a good size and the breakfast was good. nothing to dislike

I couldn't sit in the dining hall because of the dog, and they didn't discuss this with me when I was informed. The luxury room I had paid for in advance was downgraded to the simplest room because of the dog, even though I had paid a lot more. I couldn't get my money back, and the way we were treated was downright unacceptable.
