The place was great, spotless and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was fantastic – check out the full menu, not just the dishes served.

We loved the restaurant, and the breakfast and dinner each day were the highlights of our stay. As soon as we checked in, the TV didn’t work at all. I tried to ring reception and the phone didn’t work either. We went to reception and the lady was lovely and moved us to a new room. That night after dinner out we realised there was blood stains on the bed, definitely not wine. Then my pregnant wife wanted to make a tea, and the kettle was filthy. We didn’t want to complain again because we didn’t feel like moving rooms at 9 pm. The next night after dinner, my wife was pregnant and went to sleep early, so I stayed up watching the TV. Until this TV died as well. Overall rooms and appliances feel dated, old and not cleaned as they should be. The restaurant is the only good thing about this place.

The property was beautifully presented, we were upgraded to a lovely room, dining was amazing and the best of all was the friendly and helpful staff.
