The room was overpriced for what it offered, and there was no complimentary breakfast; the cafe food was also pricey.

Good Location. Faced following challenges 1. Reception staff are just doing their job without a smile and a greeting. 2. Room facilities were poor - AC was not working, Lights switches had issues, shower area used to get flooded while showering. 3. Breakfast spread was good but one of the staff members was rude in her body language
