Everything was good except the pool. The pool hours should be longer because we arrived late and couldn’t use it until the next day, which I didn’t enjoy.

Nothing. The room wasn’t ready in two days, they let anyone park in the disabled spot, the ice machine didn’t work, and the bathroom cup leaked water.

They should offer more breakfast options. There was a lot of noise from the climate system in the room, which I think needs improvement.

The location isn’t bad, parking has few, uncovered stalls. When I arrived, the receptionist told me my booking had been cancelled minutes before my arrival and I had to pay again; the elevator doesn’t work without a card and mine wasn’t set up; no one helped with luggage, and I had to manage my kids and stroller on my own, which was tough.
