A fantastic location, nice spacious room and great breakfast. I stayed for 6 nights and can't think of anything I didn't like

Location was very convenient for us for visiting family locally. Polhilsa Farm is in a lovely quiet spot. Our B&B room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts, made to order, were excellent. A larger TV screen would fit the room size better but this is a minor issue

I loved the farm’s location and the hosts’ hospitality, and the breakfast was tasty – would tell friends and family to check it out.

The lakes, walks, and wildlife were great, and the breakfast offered both cold cereal, fruit, and cooked English dishes, though it felt like we could only choose one type; the food was good and well cooked. The handrail leading up to the property was loose and the towels were poor quality.
