I had a very good stay at this hotel in Hạ Long. I especially appreciated the warm welcome, the staff’s kindness and availability, and their help with my transfers and cruise. The hotel is pleasant, clean, and well‑located. A big thank you for their attention and help throughout my stay; I recommend this place without hesitation.

The breakfast had no air‑conditioning, which would have been welcome on these scorching days, but otherwise everything was very good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me a lot when I needed information or a guide, but the Tuanchau area lacks varied entertainment; nevertheless the beach is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful.
