The location was good, the rooms were nice, new, and clean. The gym was great—one of the best hotel gyms ever. Everything was great for me.

The hotel was perfect—quiet, ultra‑clean, modern, cozy, and right on top of the MRT station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the “love hot pot” place had amazingly fresh ingredients with plenty of meat and veggies for two. This place is truly perfect, offering the best value and convenience in Taipei.

The restroom. I would not stay here again. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional $150 and told it would take up to a month for the refund to be processed. However, I still have not received my money back. Another strange inconvenience was that the balconies were locked, which was disappointing. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding the additional charge and the failure to issue my refund have left me with a negative impression of this property. I would not recommend staying here
