The staff were friendly and cooperative but had very little leeway to solve problems. I booked a dependence with an exterior entrance door, and the room was cold. Central heating didn’t work, leaving only a single air‑con that wasn’t enough for comfort. I couldn’t keep it on because the display lit up the room, so I woke up in a chilly room. The bathroom was even colder, cold air leaked in under the entrance door and through the window glass. The bathroom lacked a cup for use. Breakfast was average.
